ROIA Restaurant is celebrating a major milestone – its fifth anniversary. The celebration takes place from March 27th through April 1st. The restaurant is offering a 5 – course tasting menu featuring Executive Chef Avi Szapiro’s most popular French and Italian fare, at a cost of $60. A wine pairing is available for an additional cost of $35.
First course will be Fluke Crudo with truffle lime vinaigrette, toasted pinenuts, and chives. Following that will be Caramelized Fennel and Honey Goat Cheese accompanied by cured black olives and citrus vinaigrette. The third course is Pappardelle with Hen Ragu over rosemary and black pepper homemade pasta with castelvetrano olives and marjoram. Up next is Braised Beef Cheek with “La ratte” potato mousseline, thyme cipollini, and natural jus. The final course, dessert, is Saffron Pear Croustillant with crispy meringue, chantilly, and pistachios.
For those who choose the wine pairing, will be served, in order: Kettmeir Muller Thurgau, Alto Adige, 2014; Sauvignon Blanc, Uniqie, Loire, 2016; Cabernet Franc, Tenuta Mosole, Venezia, 2015; Syrah, Lirac, Domaine d’Arbousset, Rhone, 2011; and Amaro, Cardamaro.

They are open for lunch Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. Dinner is available from 5:00 pm to closing, Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday brunch is served from 10:30am to 2:00 pm followed by dinner from 4:30 to 7:30 pm.
