Gordon Ramsay’s hit Hell’s Kitchen TV show is back, and this time, it’s bringing the heat from right here in Connecticut.
Premiering on Thursday, September 26, on FOX (stream on fuboTV), Season 23 of Gordon Ramsay’s hit cooking competition marks the first time the show has been filmed on the East Coast, specifically at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
In a major shift for the series, Seasons 23 and 24 were both filmed over the summer on a brand-new, custom-built set at Foxwoods. This iconic location also became home to the newest Hell’s Kitchen restaurant, which opened its doors in the Grand Pequot Tower in July 2023.
The restaurant quickly became a must-visit spot for food enthusiasts, offering a menu that includes Ramsay’s signature dishes like the famed Beef Wellington, priced at $65.
This season of Hell’s Kitchen is sure to be one of the most compelling yet. For the first time, all 18 competitors are experienced head chefs, bringing their leadership skills and culinary expertise to Ramsay’s notorious Red and Blue kitchens.
The stakes – and the egos – are higher than ever, as these kitchen leaders face off in what promises to be one of the most intense seasons yet.
Connecticut residents might notice some familiar sights in the show, including the Gold Star Bridge in the background during the chefs’ first meeting with Ramsay. Cadets from the nearby Coast Guard Academy in New London will also make an appearance, adding a local flavor to the premiere episode.
The decision to move Hell’s Kitchen to Foxwoods has been a significant one, with Foxwoods’ president and CEO, Jason Guyot, expressing excitement about the collaboration.
“Gordon Ramsay’s fiery star power set against the backdrop of Foxwoods’ stunning property guarantees that the next two seasons of Fox’s show will deliver an unparalleled culinary showdown and viewing experience for ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ fans,” Guyot said. “We look forward to highlighting Foxwoods as an unrivaled global resort destination for audiences – and travelers – worldwide.”
As the season kicks off, Hell’s Kitchen fans can expect not only the usual high-stakes culinary battles but also a showcase of Connecticut’s own stunning landscapes and local talent.
Don’t miss the premiere of this exciting new chapter in the Hell’s Kitchen legacy. You can catch Hell’s Kitchen on FOX every Thursday at 8 p.m. this fall.
