Smoke ‘n’ the Hills at Hunt Hill Farm
May 17 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Smoke ‘n’ the Hills is a bold and immersive barbecue experience designed for true meat lovers. On Saturday, May 17 at 11:00 am, Hunt Hill Farm will come alive with the aromas of smoked meats, sizzling vegetables, and the unmistakable energy of Brazilian hospitality, led by Alessandro Piovezahn.
Hailing from Rio de Janeiro, Alessandro brings years of dedication to the craft of smoking meats. In this three-hour hands-on workshop, participants will discover the art of preparing and smoking ribeye, skirt steak, pork loin, chicken, sausages, and more—using the simple yet powerful Brazilian method: rock salt and patience. His famed garlic bread, grilled vegetables, and vibrant mango-walnut salad will round out the meal, alongside handcrafted caipirinhas and cocktails by Litchfield Distillery.
Whether you’re getting hands-on at the grill or soaking in the experience as an observer, this is more than just a cooking class—it’s a celebration of fire, flavor, and tradition. All guests are invited to bring a cut of meat (up to 5 lbs) to smoke during the event and take home afterward. Please note, brisket is not recommended due to time constraints.
The event is limited to 7 hands-on participants and 13 observers to ensure an intimate and engaging atmosphere. Expect to enjoy Brazilian music, craft cocktails, and a memorable evening outdoors.
Hunt Hill Farm is located in New Milford, Connecticut. Advance registration is required due to limited capacity. For more details and to reserve your spot, visit ctvisit.com.
