Make Time!: Draw Ocean Waves at Yale Center for British Art

Families are invited to a free, drop-in art-making workshop at the Yale Center for British Art on Saturday, May 24 at 2:00 pm. During this hands-on “Make Time!” session, children of all ages and abilities can explore ocean waves through the eyes of artists and create their own interpretations using drawing and painting techniques.

Museum educators will guide participants in viewing selected works from the collection that depict ocean scenes, then encourage families to express their creativity using provided art materials.

Part of the YCBA’s ongoing “Make Time!” series, this workshop is designed to foster family connection and creativity through playful engagement with art. No registration is required, and all materials are free.
