Food Truck Festival 2026 at Schenck’s Island

A day of food, history, and community celebration will take place on May 31, 2026 from 11 am to 4 pm at Schenck’s Island, 202 Old Ridgefield Road, Wilton, CT 06897.

Hosted by the Wilton Historical Society, the Food Truck Festival 2026 brings together a variety of local food trucks, live entertainment, immersive historical experiences, and family-friendly activities, with all proceeds supporting the museum’s educational and preservation efforts.

Festivalgoers can sample food from some of the area’s top food vendors while also exploring Wilton’s culinary history through colonial-era reenactments and demonstrations led by historical educators. Additional activities throughout the day include live music, historically inspired games and crafts, face painting, and interactive experiences for visitors of all ages.

The event is presented in partnership with Wilton Pride and the Wilton Coalition for Youth’s #Wiltoniswhereyoubelong campaign. Guests are encouraged to also visit the Be You Pride Festival taking place nearby on the Town Green.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 18. Tickets are required for games, demonstrations, and food purchases, which are available at an additional cost. Tickets may be purchased in advance or on the day of the event, with discounted advance pricing available for Wilton Historical Society members.
