Art•Bar Happy Hour: Plein-Air Painting on the Lieutenant at Florence Griswold Museum

Art•Bar Happy Hour returns to the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme on Thursday, May 15 at 5:30 pm with an evening of plein-air painting by the Lieutenant River. Led by artist Julie Riggs, this creative event invites participants to paint outdoors in the spirit of the original Lyme Art Colony artists.
Guests can enjoy a relaxing and social atmosphere while creating their own landscape masterpiece. Whether attending with friends or exploring solo, participants will experience an inspiring night of art-making. All materials are included, and light fare and libations will be available.
The event will take place on the museum grounds, offering scenic views and artistic inspiration. Admission is required and advance registration is recommended. Member discounts apply with an active online account.
