Folktales, Myths, and Sagas at Yale University Art Gallery

Experience an evening of storytelling on Thursday, May 15 at 5:30 pm at the Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven. Wurtele Gallery Teachers will guide visitors through exciting folktales, myths, and sagas from around the world, brought to life through artworks in the museum’s collection.

This special program draws inspiration from the museum’s family-oriented Stories and Art series but is designed with adults in mind. Guests will explore global narratives and timeless themes as reflected in paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts.

No registration is required. Attendees should meet by the couches in the Gallery lobby.
