Art + Design Gala Reception 2026 at Metro Art Studios

The Art + Design Gala Reception 2026 opens an annual exhibition pairing local interior design professionals with artists from Metro Art Studios. Designers will create their own interpretations of a “white room challenge,” highlighting their design styles while showcasing fine art as a focal point in an interior setting.

The gala reception takes place Saturday, October 3, from 5 to 8 pm at Metro Art Studios in Bridgeport. Ticket proceeds benefit Mercy Learning Center, which provides free literacy and life skills education to low-income women in the greater Bridgeport area, including many who speak English as a second language.

Gala tickets are $50 and include small bites, wine and drinks, and live music. The artist studios will also be open, giving guests an opportunity to explore the renovated factory and view the exhibition.
