2019 Walktober – Walking in a Traitor’s Footsteps

The 2019 Walktober – Walking in a Traitor’s Footsteps will be held on September 21st from 10 am to 12 pm at the Norwichtown Green in Norwich.
Benedict Arnold is Norwich’s most infamous native son. Discover the story of Arnold’s early years growing up in Norwich while learning about other Norwich figures that played an important role during the American Revolution. Following the tour, join Leffingwell House Museum from 11:00am -4:00pm for Benedict Arnold Returns and presentation by Flock Theater. The tour will begin on the Norwichtown Green and end at the Leffingwell House Museum.
The walk is 2 miles and moderate level. Restrooms are available and leashed dogs are welcome.
The Benedict Arnold Trail is apart of the self guided Walk Norwich Trail System accessible via walknorwich.org
