For more than 25 years, Thievery Corporation has built a global following with its distinctive fusion of electronic music, dub, jazz, reggae, bossa nova, and international influences. Founded by Rob Garza and Eric Hilton, the duo became known for crafting a genre-defying sound that draws inspiration from musical traditions around the world while emphasizing cultural exchange, social awareness, and creative independence.

Since the release of their debut album Sounds From the Thievery Hi-Fi in 1996, the group has released more than a dozen albums and developed a reputation for dynamic live performances featuring a full band and a rotating lineup of vocalists from diverse cultural backgrounds.
