Pollinator Potluck: Investing in Biodiversity at Greenwich Audubon Center

An evening of conversation, community, and climate solutions takes place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm at the Greenwich Audubon Center, 613 Riversville Road, Greenwich, CT 06831.

Titled Pollinator Potluck: Investing in Biodiversity, the program features Kevin Webb, co-founder and managing director of Superorganism, the first venture capital firm dedicated to biodiversity-positive investments. Webb will discuss how public and private funding can accelerate nature-based solutions and how individuals and communities can help advance this work through both investment and policy initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience in early-stage venture capital, Webb previously co-founded the Webb Investment Network and holds degrees from Stanford University and Columbia University.

Joining him is Robert LaFrance, Director of Policy for Audubon Connecticut, who will outline how Audubon is advancing its Flight Plan through natural climate and nature-based solutions. He will highlight a major policy milestone achieved last year, ongoing efforts in Connecticut to develop a report on best practices for advancing natural climate solutions, and the biodiversity co-benefits these approaches provide.

Potluck food and hors d’oeuvres will be provided by Happiness Is Back Country Market, along with organic wine from The Study Fine Wines. Guests are welcome to bring a bite-sized dish to share; those who do are asked to include a notecard listing ingredients, as utensils are limited at the center.

Admission is free, but RSVPs are required. For more information and to register, visit the Greenwich Audubon Center’s website.
