This immersive culinary class offers a deep dive into Spain’s most iconic dish, guided by Chef Bucholz’s expert instruction and flair for fire and flavor.
Participants will begin the evening with Iberico ham-wrapped shrimp, paired with a vibrant cucumber, tomato, and onion relish, finished with aged sherry vinegar. The centerpiece of the evening is the creation of a traditional paella, infused with saffron and expertly balanced with land and sea ingredients. For dessert, attendees will enjoy creamy custard layered with biscuit, fresh fruit, and vanilla bean clotted cream.
Limited to just 14 participants, the intimate setting provides a memorable evening of storytelling, skill-building, and culinary artistry. Advance registration is recommended, as space is limited.
