The Moth Mainstage at College Street Music Hall
Experience an evening of unforgettable storytelling during The Moth Mainstage at College Street Music Hall on Thursday, September 24, 2026. Doors open at 6:30 pm, and the performance begins at 7:30 pm.
Presented by Connecticut Public, this edition of The Moth Mainstage features TIGHTROPE, an evening of true personal stories exploring moments of uncertainty, courage, risk, and transformation. Hosted in the signature two-act Mainstage format, the event includes a musical performance and a curated lineup of storytellers sharing their experiences live and without notes. Stories from the evening will also be recorded for future episodes of The Moth Podcast and The Moth Radio Hour.
Founded in 1997, The Moth is an internationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to the art of storytelling. Through its live events, workshops, radio programs, and podcasts, The Moth has presented tens of thousands of authentic stories from voices around the world.
This is an all-ages event with fully reserved seating on both the main floor and balcony.
