Drag at the Poli 2026 at Palace Theater
An evening of drag performance, comedy, dancing and dazzling costumes comes to the Poli Club at Palace Theater on Thursday, September 24, 2026, from 8 to 9:30 pm, with an intermission. Hosted by Frankie Cyanide, Connecticut’s loudest drag king, this one-night-only event features performances by Mia E. Z’Lay, Midnight and Mz. Clementine KuLayd.
The show celebrates the ever-evolving art of drag with tongue-in-cheek humor, jaw-dropping stunts, energetic dancing and imaginative costumes. Specialty cocktails and mocktails will be available for purchase at the Poli bar throughout the evening.
Frankie Cyanide is joined by a cast of local performers with distinctive styles and personalities. Mia E. Z’Lay is known for creating her own fantasy garments and bringing an extensive entertainment background to her performances. Midnight, a fiery Latin witch and dancing diva, brings a bold stage presence, while Mz. Clementine KuLayd blends theater, camp and comedy while celebrating Black Diaspora and culture.
