Tai Chi at Mattatuck Museum
An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Thursday, repeating until November 6, 2025
The Mattatuck Museum will offer a series of Tai Chi classes on Thursday mornings from September 18 through November 6, 2025, from 9 am to 10 am. Led by certified instructor Matt Dempsey, the sessions focus on gentle, flowing movements designed to improve balance, flexibility, and mobility while reducing stiffness and soreness. Participants will move to music in a relaxed, supportive environment, making the program suitable for all levels.
Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. Admission is $3 for seniors ages 65 and older and $5 for adults.
