Stars & Stripes: The American Flag from 9/11 to 250 at Slater Memorial Museum
September 12 @ 10:00 am - December 5 @ 4:00 pm
Artist and author Robert Carley documents how Americans have represented the flag in the years since September 11, 2001. Through photographs, images, and three-dimensional models, the exhibition explores the flag’s many forms and invites reflection on how the nation changed after the attacks. It is on view in the Converse Gallery from September 12 through December 5, 2026.
Slater Memorial Museum is located at 108 Crescent St., Norwich, CT 06360. The museum is open Monday and Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm and is closed Sundays and Tuesdays. Admission details were not provided.
