Sound Meditation Concert at The Lodge at Patriots Park

Relax and recharge at the Sound Meditation Concert on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at The Lodge at Patriots Park in Coventry. Hosted by The Conduit, this monthly sound meditation experience features the calming tones of live gongs, singing bowls, and bells in a serene lakeside setting. The soothing vibrations promote relaxation, release of negative energy, and inner balance.

Held every second Friday of the month, the concert takes place in a spacious room with beautiful views of Coventry Lake, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor deck. Attendees are encouraged to bring props for comfort—zero gravity chairs, yoga mats, towels, and pillows are all welcome.
