Sound Meditation Concert at American Karate Center

Experience an evening of deep relaxation during the monthly Sound Meditation Concert at the American Karate Center in Ellington. Taking place on Friday, April 18, 2025, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., this meditative event invites participants to unwind as the soothing vibrations of live gongs and singing bowls fill the space. It’s a tranquil setting designed to help release stress and restore inner balance.
Attendees are encouraged to bring items for their comfort—such as a yoga mat, pillow, or zero gravity chair—to fully enjoy the experience. The large indoor space offers plenty of room to stretch out and relax.
