Sidewalk Studio at Yale University Art Gallery

The Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven will host its outdoor program, Sidewalk Studio, on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm. This drop-in art-making experience takes place in front of the Gallery and encourages spontaneous creativity inspired by works in the museum’s collection.

Led by Gallery staff and Yale undergraduate and graduate students, each session centers on a specific artistic medium and offers participants of all ages a hands-on opportunity to explore their creativity. The program is presented in conjunction with Yale Staff Spirit Week and is generously supported by the Martin A. Ryerson Lectureship Fund.

This event is free and open to the public. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, and activities are held weather permitting. The Yale University Art Gallery is located at 1111 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT. For additional details, visit artgallery.yale.edu.
