New Haven Ballet presents The Nutcracker at Shubert Theatre

New Haven Ballet brings a cherished holiday tradition to the stage with Artistic Director Lisa Kim Sanborn’s full-length production of The Nutcracker. Featuring guest artists Sara Adams and Harrison Coll of New York City Ballet alongside talented New Haven Ballet students, this performance brings Tchaikovsky’s timeless score to life through a magical retelling of Clara von Stahlbaum’s dreamlike adventure. Audiences can enjoy the unfolding story, from the festive Christmas Eve celebration to Clara’s encounter with the Nutcracker Prince, the dramatic battle with the Mouse King, and the enchanting journeys through the Land of Snow and the Land of Sweets.
