Maple Syrup Sugar Shack & Pancake Eating Contest at Lyman Orchards

There’s a Maple Syrup Sugar Shack demonstration at the Apple Barrel Farm Market at Lyman Orchards on February 26th and March 4th from 10am – 2pm! Try your hand a tapping a “tree” and indulge in our ‘Pancake Palace’ menu outside on the patio.

Environmental Learning Centers of Connecticut’s traveling Sugarhouse will be onsite for families to learn about the sweet New England tradition of maple sugaring. ELCCT is a 501(c)3 Not-for-Profit Environmental Education and Learning Center

A delicious pancake menu awaits with three fluffy,  “ginormous” Apple Cider Pancakes served with fresh butter, maple syrup, and your choice of toppings.
