Maple Sugar Day at the Mueller Preserve Greenwich
February 26 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
The tradition of tapping maple trees for sap dates back to the indigenous people of the Northeast and was adopted by incoming European colonists. There will be hands-on demonstrations and stations throughout the Muller Preserve, samples, a food truck, and more.
