Lettuce – Cook Tour at Infinity Music Hall

Acclaimed funk ensemble Lettuce brings its Cook Tour to Infinity Music Hall in Branford on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Known for their energetic live performances and genre-blending sound, the band has built a devoted following through a mix of funk, jazz, soul, hip-hop, and improvisational musicianship.

The evening begins with doors opening at 4 pm, followed by the performance at 6 pm. This special 21+ event offers fans the opportunity to experience Lettuce’s signature grooves and dynamic stage presence in an intimate concert setting.

Guests seeking an enhanced concert experience can purchase VIP access, which includes exclusive entry to the second-floor taproom and outdoor balcony, an open beer and wine bar, private restrooms, and access to a handicap-accessible second-floor viewing area.

In partnership with the nonprofit organization Music Is A Language, $1 from every ticket sold will support a scholarship fund for a deserving student to attend the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where the members of Lettuce first connected and began their musical journey.
