Intermediate Art Workshop: Creating Clay Vessels at Mattatuck Museum

Young artists ages 11 to 18 are invited to explore the basics of sculpting in this hands-on art workshop. Participants will learn techniques for creating vessels using air-dry clay, eliminating the need for a kiln. Whether new to sculpting or looking for a chance to practice existing skills, this workshop provides a creative space to enhance artistic abilities. All supplies are included.
The workshop takes place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 1 pm to 2:30 pm at the Mattatuck Museum, 144 West Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06702.
