Helen Sung – Piano Jazz Concert at Milford Arts Council (MAC)

A night of world-class jazz piano takes place on May 15, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Milford Arts Council (MAC), 40 Railroad Avenue South, Milford, CT 06460.

Acclaimed pianist and composer Helen Sung brings her sophisticated style and dynamic improvisation to the stage in this special concert. A 2021 Guggenheim Fellow, Sung has built an impressive career with nine albums as a bandleader and collaborations with renowned artists including Clark Terry, Wayne Shorter, Ron Carter, and Wynton Marsalis.

Blending classical training with a deep love for jazz, her performances are known for their elegance, swing, and inventive expression. Audiences can expect an engaging musical experience that reflects both technical mastery and a collaborative, expressive spirit.

Doors open at 7 pm, and the venue’s speakeasy will be open for beverages and snacks before the performance.
