Full Moon Sound Meditation at Lyman Orchards

Lyman Orchards Golf Club will host a Full Moon Sound Meditation in The Meadow on August 7, 2025, from 6:30 to 7:45 pm. Led by The Conduit, this monthly experience invites guests to unwind and embrace the transformative energy of the full moon through a live orchestration of gongs and singing bowls.

Participants can expect to enter a state of deep relaxation as they are immersed in resonant soundscapes designed to facilitate mindfulness and release mental and emotional blockages. This meditative experience does not require prior knowledge or practice and is open to anyone seeking inner stillness and connection.

The sound meditation lasts approximately 60 to 75 minutes. Guests are encouraged to bring items for comfort such as zero gravity chairs, yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye coverings, and water.
