Docent Tour: Collection Highlight at Yale Center for British Art

Discover the breadth and beauty of the Yale Center for British Art’s remarkable collection during a docent-led tour on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 11:00 to 11:45 am. This engaging tour offers an interactive exploration of In a New Light: Five Centuries of British Art, featuring artworks from the sixteenth century to the present in a newly reimagined installation.

Led by the museum’s knowledgeable volunteer educators, the tour provides insights into the collection and the building’s architecture, designed by renowned modernist Louis I. Kahn. Tours begin in the Entrance Court near the Visitor Services desk and last approximately 45 minutes.
