Connecticut Food TV Tourism Trail at Stamford Museum & Nature Center

James Beard Award-winning chef Scott Conant will join a lineup of Connecticut chefs and restaurants for an event exploring the state’s connection to food television and culinary tourism. The gathering takes place Monday, October 5, from 3 to 5 pm at the Stamford Museum & Nature Center in Stamford.

Featured culinary personalities include Tyler Anderson of Millwright’s, Joel Gargano of Grano Arso, Matt Storch of Match, Lisa Storch of Catch a Healthy Habit, Adam Greenberg of Sparrow Pizza Bar and tacobarn, Emily Mingrone of Tavern on State and Fair Haven Oyster Co., and Adrien Lech of Orienta. Participating restaurants and food businesses also include Nolo, Haven Hot Chicken, Sugar Bakery, Michele’s Pies, le Bánh Patisserie, and others.

Collectively, the featured chefs and businesses have appeared on or competed in food television programs including Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay, Guy’s Grocery Games, and Best Bite in Town, with several earning wins on these programs.
