Ben Folds with the Hartford Symphony at Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center

Singer-songwriter Ben Folds will perform live with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra as part of the Talcott Mountain Music Festival on Friday, July 25 at the Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center. The concert begins at 7:30 pm, with gates opening at 6 pm.

This special collaboration blends Folds’ dynamic piano-driven pop-rock with the full orchestral power of the HSO, creating a one-of-a-kind musical experience. Set outdoors under the summer sky, the evening promises a vibrant mix of classical instrumentation and contemporary songwriting.

Part of the annual Talcott Mountain Music Festival, this performance is one of five summer concerts that bring music lovers together for picnic-style evenings featuring the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, led by Music Director Carolyn Kuan and Assistant Conductor Adam Boyles. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, and refreshments to enjoy during the show.
