Bear With Us Music Festival at Greenwood Features

Support mental health awareness through the power of music at the Bear With Us Music Festival on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Greenwood Features in Bethel. Held in memory of local musician Joe Apuzzo, affectionately known as “Joe the Actual Bear,” the all-ages festival brings the community together for a day of live performances, art, and connection while raising funds for suicide prevention and mental health initiatives.

Doors open at 3:30 pm, with live music from 4 pm to 11 pm across two stages. The festival showcases a diverse lineup of performers spanning punk, Americana, grunge, folk, emo, pop, and more. In addition to live music, guests can explore a gallery featuring the work of more than 20 artists, participate in mindful art activities in The Den, and visit a Connection Station presented by Mental Health CT to learn about mental health resources, support services, and ways to reduce stigma.

Food from Fat Tony’s Deli & Pizzeria and refreshments from Greenwood Features will be available for purchase throughout the event.

Advance tickets are $45, with day-of-event admission available for $60. All proceeds benefit Mental Health CT and Vibrant Emotional Health, the organization that operates the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
