Avery-Copp House Museum at Gemstone Station at Florence Griswold Museum

Families can explore herbs, flowers and minerals during Avery-Copp House Museum at Gemstone Station on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11 am to 4 pm at the Florence Griswold Museum.

Educators from the Avery-Copp House Museum will offer hands-on activities inspired by the natural world. Families can create a tussie-mussie using fabric and dried flowers and herbs before exploring the museum’s new rock collection.
