Art•Bar Happy Hour: Positive/Negative Watercolor Design #1 at Florence Griswold Museum

Enjoy a creative and relaxing evening at the Florence Griswold Museum’s Art•Bar Happy Hour on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Led by Julie Riggs, Manager of Youth Education and Outreach, this workshop will guide participants through a vibrant watercolor painting project that explores positive and negative design techniques using masking fluid and rich, colorful washes.

Whether you’re out with friends or enjoying some solo artistic time, this session offers a unique opportunity to unwind, socialize, and craft something beautiful. All materials are included, along with light fare and libations to enhance the evening’s experience.

The workshop fee is $35, with a 10% discount available for museum members. To receive the member discount, participants must be registered with an online account before purchasing.
