Art Happy Hour at New Britain Museum of American Art
An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until September 4, 2025
Art Happy Hour returns to the New Britain Museum of American Art with Thursday evening live music and scenic views of Walnut Hill Park. From May 29 through September 4, 2025, guests can enjoy outdoor performances on the Museum’s Café Terrace from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, accompanied by a rotating lineup of talented musicians and food trucks on select nights.
A variety of beverages including local beer, wine, and craft cocktails—as well as snacks, sandwiches, and salads—will be available for purchase from the Museum Café. On evenings with scheduled food trucks, offerings will be served from the Museum parking lot adjacent to the park.

- August 7: Bruce John with Get Stuffed Food Truck

- September 4: Anthony Carabello
Admission is free to enjoy the music on the Café Terrace. Standard Museum admission is required to explore gallery exhibitions. In the event of inclement weather, performances may be moved indoors—call ahead for updates.
