SUMMARY:Cinco de Mayo at Danbury Library
DESCRIPTION:A festive\, family-friendly celebration takes place on May 5\, 2026 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Danbury Library\, 170 Main Street\, Danbury\, CT 06810. \nThis engaging program brings Cinco de Mayo to life through a literacy-inspired experience centered around Marco’s Cinco de Mayo. Children will enjoy a themed storytime followed by a hands-on craft activity\, with options to create folklórico dancers\, sombreros\, or tacos. \nMembers of a local Mexican Cultural Center will be present in traditional attire\, adding a vibrant cultural element and helping create an immersive and educational experience for attendees. \nOpen to children of all ages.
