Ted’s Montana Grill, the classic American grill, is opening in Hartford, Connecticut on May 12, 2014. The restaurant will feature an open kitchen and a dining room that seats 120 people in cozy booths and round tables. The bar seats 25 people and will serve handcrafted cocktails, beer and wine. The Big Sky Spirit goes beyond just atmosphere though. Ted’s Montana Grill will incorporate many eco-friendly technologies and practices as it does in their other locations, from low-voltage, compact fluorescent light bulbs to menus printed on recycled paper.
