If you haven’t heard yet, Kenny Chesney his own rum and it’s called Blue Chair Bay Rum. We recently had the chance to try this new rum and we found that it has a great smooth taste with a hint of coconut that reminds you of island living. It’s perfect for summer drinks and specialty cocktails such as the ones below. You can purchase Kenny Chesney’s Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum or Coconut Spiced Rum in Connecticut at most package stores. Blue Chair Bay White Rum 40% ABV, Blue Chair Bay Coconut and Coconut Spiced Rum 26.5%

Blue Chair Bay Island Girl Cocktail

Mix the following together

• 1-1/2 oz of Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1 o Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz Lemon-lime soda
• Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry

Blue Chair Bay Island Cranbery Sun Kiss Cocktail

Mix the following together

• 1-1/2 oz of Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum
• 3 oz Cranberry Juice
• Garnish with a lime wedge
