Harlan Haus, the German-inspired Bier & Hurst Hall location in Bridgeport, Connecticut, offers an Apple Strudel Cocktail that pairs great with the food they serve such as Knockwurst, Kielbasa, German potato salad, and Dry-rub smoked chicken wings. It’s rich caramel taste is smooth on the palette and it begs for you to try a second one.

Apple Strudel Cocktail Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Apple Cider Schnapps
- 1.5 oz Stoli Salted Caramel
- 1 oz Cider Boys First Press Hard Cider
Note: We couldn’t find Cider Boys First Press Hard Cider in our area so we used Woodchuck Granny Smith Hard Cider
Directions: Put all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a martini glass. Very easy to make.
