SUMMARY:July Amphibian Survey at Mystic Aquarium
DESCRIPTION:Nature enthusiasts can help contribute to local conservation efforts during the July Amphibian Survey on July 13\, 2026\, at 5:30 pm. Hosted through Mystic Aquarium’s Education & Conservation programs\, this hands-on field experience gives participants an opportunity to assist with monitoring local frog and salamander populations. \nDuring the survey\, attendees will learn about amphibian ecology\, identification techniques\, and the important role these species play in maintaining healthy ecosystems. Guided by conservation staff and volunteers\, participants will help observe and document amphibian activity while gaining a deeper understanding of regional wildlife and habitat conservation. \nThe event is part of Mystic Aquarium’s ongoing community science and environmental education initiatives\, which encourage public involvement in wildlife monitoring and conservation research. \nAdvance registration is required.
