SUMMARY:Tavern Talks at Connecticut Museum of Culture and History
DESCRIPTION:Step into the social world of early Connecticut during Tavern Talks at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History. \nHeld on Tuesday afternoons throughout the summer\, this gallery talk explores the fascinating history behind the museum’s collection of historic tavern signs displayed in the Auditorium. The talk offers a unique glimpse into everyday life in early Connecticut and the role taverns played in shaping local communities. \nTavern Talks takes place from 2 pm to 2:30 pm at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History\, 1 Elizabeth Street\, Hartford\, CT 06105.
