The collection also includes works by Gustave Caillebotte\, Paul Cézanne\, Paul Klee\, Henri Rousseau\, and John Singer Sargent\, reflecting the evolution of Impressionism\, Post-Impressionism\, and Surrealism through vibrant color\, expressive brushwork\, and symbolic depth. \nThe Bruce Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. These works\, drawn from the collection of fellow artist and scholar Samella Lewis\, highlight Catlett’s impact on political movements and personal lives alike. \nThis exhibition is organized by Landau Traveling Exhibitions\, Los Angeles\, and supported by Post University. \nThe Mattatuck Museum is located at 144 West Main Street\, Waterbury\, Connecticut.
