Presented by The Glebe House Museum & Garden in partnership with the Woodbury Cemetery Association\, this immersive program offers a unique look at Woodbury’s Revolutionary War history through guided tours\, live historical interpretations\, and preserved historic sites. \nThe experience begins at South Cemetery on Main Street\, where tours will take place from 4 pm to 5:30 pm. Visitors can encounter costumed actors portraying Revolutionary War-era residents beside their graves\, learn about the history of Woodbury’s three historic cemeteries\, and watch demonstrations highlighting the preservation and restoration of historic gravestones. The program continues from 5:30 pm to 7 pm at The Glebe House Museum & Garden\, 49 Hollow Road\, Woodbury\, CT 06798\, where guests can explore the historic home of Rev. John Marshall and his family\, discover the site’s important role in the early history of the Episcopal Church in America\, and enjoy refreshments on the museum grounds. \nAdmission is free\, and donations are appreciated.
