Petersen explores the story of Danish immigrant Andrew C. Petersen and the dairy business that became a Connecticut institution. Drawing from Petersen family archives and newly uncovered research\, the presentation will be led by Chuck Coursey\, host and producer of the Trout Brook Tales podcast\, alongside West Hartford Town Historian Mary Donohue. \nGuests will also enjoy ice cream provided by the neighboring A.C. Petersen Farms Restaurant\, adding a nostalgic touch to the afternoon’s program. \nThe lecture runs approximately one hour.
