SUMMARY:Hay Fever at Milford Arts Council
DESCRIPTION:Eastbound Theatre\, a division of the Milford Arts Council\, will present Noel Coward’s classic comedy Hay Fever from September 11 through September 26 at the MAC in Milford. Directed by CJ Nolan\, the production blends high farce with a comedy of manners for a lively look at family\, wealth\, and narcissism. \nSet in an English country house\, the play follows the four eccentric members of the Bliss family as each independently invites a guest to spend the weekend. When the guests are subjected to the family’s outrageous behavior and bad manners\, they eventually flee\, while the Blisses remain absorbed in their own family quarrel and barely notice their departure. \nPerformances are scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 pm\, with Sunday matinees at 2 pm. The cast features Jack DeLorenzo\, Lindsay Faulkner\, Molly McCullough\, Erin Wallace\, Elayne Gordon\, Lenny Carlucci\, Katelyn Ferrari\, Tristan Lariccia\, and David Victor. \nThe Milford Arts Council is located at 40 Railroad Avenue South\, Milford\, CT 06460.
