SUMMARY:Family Activity Kit – The Art of Nature at Connecticut Museum of Culture and History
DESCRIPTION:Families can explore creativity at home with the newest Family Activity Kit\, a free take-home resource designed to blend history and hands-on fun. The March–April theme\, “The Art of Nature\,” highlights paintings\, sculptures\, and songs inspired by Connecticut’s diverse landscapes. Each kit includes crafts\, engaging activities\, and images from the museum’s collection\, encouraging families to discover artistic inspiration drawn from the natural world. \nFamily Activity Kits are available beginning March 1\, 2026\, at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History\, 1 Elizabeth Street\, Hartford\, CT. Kits may be picked up during regular museum hours and are included with the cost of admission. This is not an on-site program\, and no advance reservation is required.
