DESCRIPTION:Experience a deeply relaxing Full Moon Sound Meditation in the tranquil setting of “The Meadow” at Lyman Orchards Golf Club. Held once a month from May through September\, these meditative sessions are guided by The Conduit and feature the soothing sounds of live gongs and singing bowls. Each event aligns with the lunar cycle\, creating an ideal atmosphere for reflection and inner alignment. \nThe session on Monday\, May 12\, 2025\, begins at 6:00 pm and lasts approximately 60 to 75 minutes. Participants are invited to bring items for their comfort such as a zero gravity chair\, yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow\, and eye covering. Water is also encouraged. This experience is suitable for all levels\, no prior meditation experience is necessary. \nAdmission is $25 per person and registration is required. Guests are welcome to enjoy refreshments and meals before or after the event at 1741 Pub & Grill\, located nearby. \nPlease park in the far-left section of the 1741 Pub & Grill parking lot at 70 Lyman Road\, Middlefield\, CT.
