Yoga on the Terrace at Mattatuck Museum

Start your Tuesday morning with a rejuvenating rooftop yoga session at the Mattatuck Museum. Led by experienced registered yoga teacher Alex Capaldo, this All Levels Flow class welcomes participants of all skill levels to enjoy a mindful practice in a scenic setting.
The session takes place on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Held on the museum’s rooftop terrace, the class offers a peaceful environment with inspiring views of downtown Waterbury. In the event of inclement weather, the session will be relocated indoors.
