Yoga on the Terrace at Mattatuck Museum

The Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury will offer Yoga on the Terrace on Tuesday, July 1, beginning at 9:00 am. Led by experienced registered yoga instructor Alex Capaldo, this All Levels Flow class welcomes participants of all experience levels to enjoy a morning of movement and mindfulness on the museum’s rooftop terrace.

In case of inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors. The session provides a relaxing way to start the day while taking in scenic views of downtown Waterbury.

Admission is $5 for members and $8 for non-members. Support for this program is provided by the Connecticut Community Foundation.
