Yoga on the Terrace at Mattatuck Museum

The Mattatuck Museum in Waterbury invites guests to begin their Tuesday with Yoga on the Terrace on June 24 at 9 am. Led by experienced registered yoga teacher Alex Capaldo, this All Levels Flow class welcomes participants of all experience levels to enjoy a morning of mindful movement in a serene rooftop setting.
Held on the museum’s terrace, the class offers a refreshing way to greet the day. In the event of inclement weather, the session will be moved indoors to ensure comfort and continuity.
