Taking place on Saturday, December 28, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm, this transformative event offers a relaxing sound journey with live gongs and singing bowls, designed to wash over you for deep meditative bliss.
Participants will experience the benefits of a deep meditation practice without needing prior experience. Through soothing vibrations, attendees are invited to release mental and emotional blockages, fostering a sense of peace and connection with their highest self.
For optimal comfort, attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, and eye coverings.
