Yacht Lobsters at Infinity Music Hall Hartford

The Yacht Lobsters bring smooth, feel-good energy with their lush take on 1970s and early 1980s soft rock. This New York City–based band recreates—and often reimagines—the buttery studio sounds of artists like Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, and Toto. Their live show blends breezy yacht rock vibes with stellar vocals, a full horn section, and touches of New Orleans funk, classic rock, and jazz improvisation for an upbeat, festive experience. Alongside the classics, the band sprinkles in original music that feels straight out of 1978.

Founded by the creative team behind Brother Joscephus and the Love Revolution, the Yacht Lobsters feature some of NYC’s finest musicians, longtime collaborators who know how to bring a smooth yet high-energy performance to life.
